Here are the questions that current and future customers ask us most often.

Answer: every 90 seconds or every 200 yards, whichever comes first. For example, if a bus is stuck in gridlock traffic, every 90 seconds it will refresh the prediction despite being stuck in a standstill. However, if the bus is in motion, every 200 yards it will update the prediction, so if the bus is going faster than anticipated, the prediction will be updated to arrive sooner.
